What website maintenance involves

Website maintenance is the regular care that keeps a website secure, fast and working after it launches: updating plugins, fixing small problems, protecting the site and keeping the content fresh. Without it, sites slow down, break or become targets for attacks.

We offer three plans. Basic covers essential upkeep, Premium adds changes and new work, and Exclusive adds priority support and growth advice. You choose how often you pay: monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly. Maintenance suits sites we built in WordPress, Shopify or Next.js and sites built elsewhere.

How We Work

A simple, clear process from the first call to handover, with no surprises along the way.

  1. 1Day 1

    Intro call

We talk through your project, your goals and what you need, and agree what will be delivered.

  2. 21–2 days

    Detailed proposal

You get a written proposal with the scope, price, timeline and tech stack. We only move forward once we both agree.

  3. 31–2 days

    Access & setup

We tell you exactly what we need to start, such as a WordPress login, Git repository or API keys, over a call or by message. Then we set up the project.

  4. 4Agreed per project

    Build with weekly updates

After kickoff you get an update every week, and we reply to your messages within 24 hours. The length depends on the project and is agreed with you up front.

  5. 51 day to preview

    Review & free revision

We send you a link to check the finished website, and one round of revisions is included free.

  6. 62–3 days

    Final changes & handover

We finish the revisions and hand over your website along with any other project material.
